Cancellation Policy:
Anything during Covid period
If the state goes into a stage 4 lockdown, you can opt for a full refund or postpone to a later date within 12 months.
If we go into a stage 3 lockdown, you can opt for a 50% refund or rebook to another date within 12 months.
Anything below a stage 3 lockdown, no refunds – You are only allowed to postpone within 12 months.
Anything out of Covid period:
You can cancel if more than a week away from the date of booking to re-book at a later date within 12 months.
Any Cancellations under 3 days from booking date – no refunds and no re-booking
Alex from Figtek was very helpful from the beginning of the booking process, to set up and additional services to accompany the Karaoke / DJ experience for our wedding.
Smooth delivery and set up, didn’t have to think about a thing once it was all booked in. Alex and the team even liaised with the event space so i didn’t have to worry about what time it got there, how to get it in the building, etc.
Fantastic service, very efficient and easy to deal with!
Would recommend highly and staff are very friendly and helpful.
