Cancellation Policy:
Anything during Covid period
If the state goes into a stage 4 lockdown, you can opt for a full refund or postpone to a later date within 12 months.
If we go into a stage 3 lockdown, you can opt for a 50% refund or rebook to another date within 12 months.
Anything below a stage 3 lockdown, no refunds – You are only allowed to postpone within 12 months.
Anything out of Covid period:
You can cancel if more than a week away from the date of booking to re-book at a later date within 12 months.
Any Cancellations under 3 days from booking date – no refunds and no re-booking

Smooth delivery and set up, didn’t have to think about a thing once it was all booked in. Alex and the team even liaised with the event space so i didn’t have to worry about what time it got there, how to get it in the building, etc. totally fuss free hire and great customer service – would recommend, will definitely use again.
