Payment Terms, Cancellation Policy and Refunds

Payment
Full payment is required via the secure payment link provided in your quote proposal email.
If you prefer to pay by bank transfer, please forward your remittance advice to us so that we can confirm and secure your booking.

Cancellation Policy
You are welcome to transfer your booking to another date of your choice (subject to availability). To do so, you must notify us at least 14 days prior to your original booking date.

Refund Policy
A full refund applies if cancellation is made 15 days or more prior to your booking date.
A partial refund applies if cancellation is made within 7-14 days of your booking date.
No refund applies if cancellation is made within 5 days of your booking date. In such cases, you may only reschedule your booking for a future date.

Payment Methods: Bank transfer and credit card.

Validity: Quote valid for 10 days from issue date unless otherwise stated in our proposal.
