Payment Terms, Cancellation Policy and Refunds

Payment
Full payment is required via the secure payment link provided in your quote proposal email.
If you prefer to pay by bank transfer, please forward your remittance advice to us so that we can confirm and secure your booking.

Cancellation Policy
You are welcome to transfer your booking to another date of your choice (subject to availability). To do so, you must notify us at least 50 days prior to your original booking date.

Refund Policy

A full refund applies if cancellation is made 50 days or more prior to your booking date.

A partial refund applies if cancellation is made within 25-50 days of your booking date.

No refund applies if cancellation is made within 25 days of your booking date. In such cases, you may only reschedule your booking for a future date.

Please note that delivery, setup, and pack-up costs for the dancefloor are non-refundable once setup has been completed.

Payment Methods: Bank transfer and credit card.

Validity: Quote valid for 10 days from issue date unless otherwise stated in our proposal.

Distance and location of your event

Accessibility of the venue and setup area

Distance between unloading point and setup space

Amount of manual labour required for installation and removal
